Couple seeking comfort
Decent hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. We had a family room with two big double beds which was a life saver. The breakfast was hot and fresh, I could have stuffed myself if my wife let me. The staff was really helpful at the front desk, especially when I was trying to figure out where to eat nearby.
It wasn’t cheap but still ok for what we got.

I really loved the lovely room with great facilities and the amazing convenience of being just a few steps from the beach and all the fun at blackpool pleasure beach, making it easy for me to explore the vibrant streets and landmarks nearby, as a single traveler with a passion for walks in the city. however, check-in was a bit slow but friendly.

Great location and comfy beds!
Had a solid stay for 3 nights in a double room with sea view. The place was modern and clean, and the tram stop across the street made it super easy to explore. Staff were mostly friendly, but breakfast wasn’t great—could definitely use a wider selection. Those bar area vibes were nice though!

The room was clean and super quiet, which was nice after a long day. The big windows let in a lot of light. There was a comfy settee to chill on and enjoy the view. The bathroom was well-equipped but a bit quirky with the door design. it seemed cool but made a bit of noise. I felt at ease in the space, which is what I needed.

The hotel boasts an excellent location right across from the tramline, making transport to local attractions effortless. The staff are genuinely friendly and attentive, with a standout moment when a staff member surprised me with a free drink voucher for my birthday. The double room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, offering comfortable bedding that ensured a restful night. Breakfast offered a delightful variety, though I would have appreciated more options for grilled fish.

The breakfast was alright, though a bit slow to refill. Still, the close location to local culinary gems like By The Beach Restaurant was a delightful surprise! Plus, the room was clean and comfy, making our stay feel a bit fancy.
A right cheeky letdown was staff refusing to let us use the microwave for our son’s food. After splashing out on a night, our room felt cramped, making it tough for our little one to navigate. Could do better!
